Also known as ADCO-149; was originally the third ambulance at O'Hare, but after funding eliminated Ambulance 28 it was moved to an in-city company. The O'Hare markings were removed as of 4/5/1983. The Department of Aviation took a dim view of this and demanded its return to O'Hare after a few months
