Had an ADCO- number; delivered with Akron deluge monitor; lightbar installed by 1985; repainted lime yellow with reflective safety stripes in 1988 by a local body shop; Engine 12 only lasted for a few months in the mid-1990s on the old military side of O’Hare; may have been known as R14 during second spare phase; still on roster in 1999
