Rebuilt in 1987 by Able Fire Equipment (cab rebuild for Quick Water modfications and new E-One body); apparatus was later refused twice by Engine 71, on 2/23/1995 and 4/11/1995. Shops considered this rig unrepairable at that point and moved it to the salvage yard on 9/19/1995
