Received Quick Water modifications in 1985-1986; CFD shop converted rig to a spare squad in 1998, utilizing tool cabinets originally built for D-407; listed in storage at O'Hare AMC Building as Engine 10R as of 7/2/1997; Pierce may have completed some additional bodywork after conversion to Squad 5A
