Had black wheels; spent several months in 1998 at Specialty Vehicles and Cummins Diesel; large shop numbers on doors removed and red plates bolted to front doors by 3/8/2016; still in service 4/4/2018 with original rear flashers; still in service 1/28/2024; "Student Driver" bumper sticker
