Status: Aerial salvaged for E-261. The chassis was junked 10/30/1993 by Erickson's Trucks & Parts. The remains of this (without doors) were found in a junkyard in early 2015

Hit "L" pier at Broadway & Wilson 3/13/1985 and repaired; booster equipment and removal to Blitz for a rebuild occurred only 2 days after Truck 22 got this back from repair
