Required a new cab in 1988: the brakes failed while working at a house fire and apparatus rolled down the street, where it crashed into a house at 37th & Wallace; had signature (3-2-1) painted on front bumper; Mars 888 also mounted on front bumper with siren (siren placement moved a couple times)
