Heavily damaged in accident at 55th & Woodlawn on 11/5/1982 and considered too costly to repair at the time. This rig was used for parts until the 1987 rebuilding program. A roster from June 1983 shows it as "to be junked"; rebuilt in 1987 by Able Fire Equipment (cab rebuild for Quick Water modfications and new E-One body); still on roster in 1999
