Painted white with Omaha orange stripe; may have been a demonstrator, as the above mentioned colors met federal safety guidelines of the time; body added by Horton in 1974; had Twinsonic lightbar; first paramedic ambulance in CFD; first Type I ambulance in CFD; repainted after 11/3/1975, before assignment to Ambulance 22; Reserve Ambulance 1 (RA1) was likely just a regular spare, possibly named to distinguish from spare Cadillacs
