Supposedly purchased to transport 1954 FWD trailers to Clintonville, WI for rebuild as part of 1976 TDAs; upon completion of that project, FWD removed the fifth-wheel assembly, extended the frame rails, and reinforced the rear end; two Stang guns capable of 20,000 GPM; suffered heat damage to driver’s side on 10/11/1980 at 5-11 at 35th & Iron; 6-7-1 OOS 8/16/2011; returned to service at 5-11 + 2 specials cleanup at 38th & Ashland on 1/23/2013; still in service 6/14/2014; seen in fleet lot on 7/19/2015, but with markings removed; oldest CFD vehicle to be equipped with modern shop lettering
