Originally D-145; converted to citywide oil & gas delivery vehicle circa 1931; finally received its G- number on 5/14/1935 and officially assigned the next day; repaired after accidents on 1/24/1936 & 12/9/1946; likely not repaired after accident on 10/20/1952
